ATB Financial ETS@Work Program
In coordination with ETS (Edmonton Transit System), ATB Financial, and the IEC, eligible Team Members will receive a 25% discount off the cost of a monthly transit pass. The ETS@Work program currently only covers Edmonton Routes.
Regular cost of a monthly ETS transit pass is $102.00 - for Edmonton Routes; ATB Team Members would pay only $76.50. ($13.25 per month is a taxable benefit to the associate.) A monthly administration fee of $1 will also be collected so the total collected from your pay will be $77.50.
ETS@Work has moved to the ARC Card System. What does this mean? Upon enrollment you will pay $83.50 which includes:
- $6 enrollment fee (which includes the cost of the physical ARC card that you will keep for the duration of your term in the program)
- $76.50 for the cost of the monthly pass
- $1 admin fee.
You will receive an ARC Card by mail upon enrollment and the IEC admin will purchase and upload the monthly pass onto your ARC card for you each month thereafter, until notice of cancellation is received.
Program Deadlines
- In effort to ensure each member has their ARC card upon enrollment in time for their use of the monthly pass. New enrollments MUST be completed and submitted to the IEC admin no later than the 5th of the month prior to the enrollment taking effect. (IE. Applications received March 5th or earlier, would have their ARC card mailed out to them and the card would become active on April 1, applications received March 6th or later would not receive a pass for April, but for May 1)
- To cancel or pause the program, you must email iec@atb.com no later than the 5th of the month prior to the month you wish to cancel for. (IE. If you want to cancel for May 1, notice must be sent VIA EMAIL to iec@atb.com no later than April 5.)
You may join at any time. This will be an ongoing offer, through the Interbranch Employee Club.
Eligibility & Terms of Use
- The Team Member must be a permanent salaried employee of ATB Financial.
- The cost of the monthly pass will be collected on the first payroll of each month.
- The Team Member must participate for a minimum of 6 months.
- The Team Member must be a member in good standing of the Interbranch Employee Club. Annual membership fee of the Interbranch Employee Club is $20.00.
- Enrollment or cancellations must be submitted to the Interbranch Employee Club Administrator by the 5th of the month, to affect the transit pass for the following month.
- Team Members cannot be registered for both the subsidized parking program and ETS@Work Program.

If you are on an extended leave (such as maternity/parental leave), you may continue to use your bus passes while on leave, as long as you still have benefits.
