Program Details
- Employees can request up to four promotional codes per year for bookings of up to nine people
- Promotional codes are applicable across Air Canada and partner sites
- IEC Members must visit the link above and provide their information to receive their personal promocode.
- The owner of the email provided must be in the party travelling. IEC Members cannot request a code and transfer it to someone else. Up to 4 codes per year can be issued per employee.

- Discounts: Apply only on fares (excluding Basic fares); not on taxes, fees, surcharges, etc.
- Basic Fare Exclusion: Basic fares will appear, however, they'll be displayed with 0% discount. It isn't possible to combine Basic fares with other fare types. E.g., Outbound in Basic and return in Standard isn't possible.
- Rates/Fees/Discounts: Are subject to change at the discretion of the provider without notice. The IEC facilitates the exposure of the discount to IEC members, not the actual rates/fees/discounts.
